Learning and Development Manager

About the role

Indigo is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve learning strategies that build individual, team, and organizational capabilities. The role will align learning solutions with business goals, foster a culture of continuous development, and support employee growth to drive high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive, engaging learning programs that meet talent development needs.
• Manage the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), continuously improving its functionality and content.
• Lead L&D programs through design, development, facilitation, and evaluation, partnering with HR managers and business leaders.
• Conduct learning needs analyses based on business priorities, identify skill gaps, and create targeted programs.
• Produce blended learning materials, including facilitator guides, visual aids, case studies, and evaluation tools.
• Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in L&D to enhance program effectiveness.
• Provide input to the training budget process and maintain up‑to‑date learning resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with HR and business leaders to align learning with strategic goals.
• Experience managing an LMS and creating blended learning content.
• Analytical mindset for conducting needs assessments and measuring program impact.
