Lead Business Consultant – Front Office

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Business Consultant – Front Office to join our consulting practice. The role will work closely with asset managers, owners and insurers to drive front‑office transformation across portfolio management, trading, compliance and investment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead critical components of large‑scale implementation projects for front‑office functions.
• Translate client requirements into effective business solutions and technology designs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio managers, traders, compliance and risk teams.
• Collaborate with project leadership to manage workstreams and ensure delivery.
• Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, mentor junior consultants and contribute to best‑practice development.

Required profile

• Experience delivering vendor implementation projects or working with investment‑management technology vendors in the asset‑and‑wealth management industry.
• Strong capital‑markets knowledge across one or more asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives, etc.).
• Understanding of front‑office functions such as portfolio management, trading, compliance, risk or performance measurement.
• Proven ability to build trusted‑advisor relationships with senior investment professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
