About the role
We are seeking a bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support payroll processes at Michael St Clair Fine Cleaners in Vancouver.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports, tax returns, and trial balances.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP diploma (1‑2 year program) in accounting or related field.
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Availability for morning or day shifts.
