Key Holder – Boardwalk

About the role

Lindt is seeking an energetic part‑time Key Holder to support the Boardwalk store team. The role combines leadership duties, customer service, and store operations to help create magical chocolate experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager on duty by holding the store key, opening and closing the shop.
• Support team members in meeting daily sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions, handle returns, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute in‑store activations.
• Perform inventory tasks such as stock replenishment, receiving, and coordinating corporate gifting orders.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for chocolate and brand values.
