About the role
We are seeking a senior‑level Key Account Manager to work remotely as an AI Trainer. You will combine deep account‑management expertise with the ability to evaluate and improve advanced language models on real‑world account scenarios.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated responses for accuracy, relevance, business judgment, and practical usefulness in key‑account contexts.
- Challenge language models with realistic prompts covering renewals, expansions, executive alignment, churn risk, and escalation paths.
- Review and refine prompts, responses, rubrics, and examples related to customer‑relationship strategy.
- Provide structured feedback to enhance model reasoning through complex client situations and stakeholder dynamics.
- Identify gaps, hallucinations, oversimplifications, or unrealistic recommendations in AI‑generated content.
- Help shape communication standards for professional, consultative, and commercially appropriate language.
- Support benchmarking by comparing model outputs against expert‑level expectations.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, key‑account management, customer success, or a closely related commercial role.
- Hands‑on experience managing high‑value accounts, executive stakeholders, renewals, escalations, and growth opportunities.
- Deep knowledge of strategic account planning, customer lifecycle management, stakeholder mapping, and value‑based communication.
- Strong understanding of commercial metrics such as retention, expansion, churn risk, pipeline influence, and renewal probability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, management, economics, or equivalent senior experience.
