IT Support Technician

About the role

Opendoor is looking for an IT Support Technician to be the primary technical point of contact for employees and visitors in its Seattle office. You will provide hands‑on support for end‑user devices, office A/V equipment, and network services while collaborating with central IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tier 1‑2 support for Mac and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot core tools such as Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, VPN, and printers.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle in the ITSM tool (Linear or equivalent) and meet SLA targets.
• Provide in‑person walk‑up assistance and remote support via chat, email, and video.
• Prepare, image, enroll, and provision devices for new hires and handle device collection, wiping, and reassignment for off‑boarding.
• Set up and maintain conference‑room A/V systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Meet Rooms) and support onsite events.
• Coordinate office moves, seating changes, and space build‑outs with Workplace and Facilities.
• Enroll and manage devices through MDM/RMM tools, ensuring compliance with OS, security, encryption, and configuration standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Comfortable handling both onsite and remote support scenarios.
