About the role
The Technical Delivery Manager will lead and coordinate IT projects, overseeing the design, deployment, and daily operations of information systems for Telna in Toronto.
Key responsibilities
- Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians.
- Coordinate the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Direct, control, evaluate, plan and organize daily IT operations.
- Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel.
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, IT service delivery or system integration.
- Experience working in a private IT consulting environment.
