IT Support Specialist

About the role

Tribe Property Technologies is seeking a mid‑level IT Support Specialist to join its Delta office. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will provide Tier 1/2 support, maintain infrastructure, and help integrate AI tools across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own employee onboarding and offboarding technical tasks.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Test network and computer systems for performance and reliability.
• Respond to help‑desk tickets and support printers, networks, telephones, and other resources.
• Order, stock, and label equipment while maintaining an asset tracking system.
• Provide basic computer user training and assist with telephony system configuration.
• Generate knowledge‑base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Assign and maintain software licenses.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems (Android & iOS).
• Knowledge of IP subnets, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi SSIDs, and Active Directory.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor.
• Valid BC driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Microsoft, AI (CoPilot), or ITIL certifications are a plus.
