Associate Director – AI & Data

About the role

Accenture Data & AI is the world’s largest team of data scientists and AI experts. As an Associate Director you will own the AI agenda for the Québec market, helping clients embed responsible AI and data capabilities into their organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the market strategy for AI services in Québec, shaping value propositions and commercial models.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior leaders across priority accounts.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of generative and agentic AI systems, from business case and architecture to production deployment and ongoing optimisation.
• Establish reference architectures, engineering standards and governance processes that enable enterprise‑grade AI estates.
• Embed responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with Québec and Canadian regulations such as Law 25.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering or enterprise technology delivery, including hands‑on production deployment.
• Executive‑level leadership of a practice or large portfolio with proven commercial results and C‑suite credibility.
• Track record of shipping generative or autonomous AI systems into production and guiding multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, legacy system modernization and AI lifecycle management.
