IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a technically skilled problem‑solver to join our growing team as an IT Support Specialist. You will provide first‑line assistance to end users, maintain our IT systems, and help ensure a smooth technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 Help Desk support across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Linux, desktop, software, and hardware issues.
• Support Microsoft Outlook and various SaaS platforms.
• Set up and deploy PCs, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and related tasks.
• Document issues, solutions, and support activities.
• Prioritize support requests and communicate timelines clearly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or help‑desk environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent issues.
• Personable, solution‑oriented, detail‑focused, and coachable.

Required skills

• Windows operating system troubleshooting.
• iOS (iPhone) and Android device support.
• Desktop hardware and software maintenance.
• Microsoft Outlook and SaaS platform support.
• PC setup, peripheral deployment, and user account management.
• Basic networking troubleshooting.
• Linux administration or troubleshooting (nice‑to‑have).
• Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Ruby) (nice‑to‑have).
• Familiarity with Ansible or similar automation tools (nice‑to‑have).
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (nice‑to‑have).
