IT Support Analyst (Hybrid – Burnaby, BC)

About the role

Join Specsavers Canada as an IT Support Analyst, providing first‑line technical assistance to retail stores and corporate users. The role starts with three months of on‑site onboarding in Burnaby, then moves to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests via email, tickets, and phone.
• Deliver desktop and end‑user support both on‑site at the Mississauga office and remotely across Canada.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Configure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile phones, and iPads in line with corporate security standards.
• Maintain meeting‑room technology, including video‑conferencing and collaboration solutions.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and infrastructure issues, escalating when necessary.
• Log, update, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow according to service‑level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to resolve incidents.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service remotely and in‑person.
