IT Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture

About the role

Saputo is seeking a senior IT leader to drive its enterprise‑wide architecture strategy. The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Architecture will work hands‑on to design, govern, and evolve technology solutions that support digital transformation across the company’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and standards.
• Develop multi‑year architecture roadmaps aligned with business and IT priorities.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board and ensure compliance with TOGAF and security frameworks.
• Partner with business, IT, and cyber‑security stakeholders to enable agile, cost‑effective solutions.
• Promote modern practices such as cloud‑native, microservices, API‑first, and event‑driven architectures.
• Mentor architecture teams and build organizational EA maturity.
• Translate technical concepts for executive audiences and advise on technology investments.
• Define KPIs to measure architecture effectiveness and report progress to leadership.
• Oversee data architecture to support analytics, AI, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and participate in technology selection and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture leadership, preferably in a large, global organization.
• Strong hands‑on background with a proven ability to design scalable, secure solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and translate technical ideas into business value.
• Track record of mentoring teams and driving architectural governance.
