IT Capacity and Performance Data Analytics Advisor

About the role

The IT Monitoring, Event, Capacity and Performance Management Department is seeking an IT Capacity and Performance Data Analytics Advisor. You will work across the organization to provide an integrated view of capacity and performance history, forecasts, and actionable recommendations for both traditional and cloud‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients define needs, identify relevant data and metrics, and advise on data‑management tool selection and usage.
• Analyze capacity and performance metrics and forecasting model results to detect anomalies, trends, and trigger proactive actions.
• Support project impact assessments on IT environments.
• Acquire, transform, and mine large capacity and performance data sets.
• Produce and present reports, dashboards, and other user‑friendly information formats.
• Oversee governance of the capacity and performance practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least four years of experience in complex data analytics, preferably in IT capacity and performance.
• Ability to extract and manipulate large data sets.
• Fluency in French.
