About the role
This short‑term position supports the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics at McGill University by ensuring the smooth conduct of the PHAR 562 Neuropharmacology mid‑term exam in Fall 2026. The role is ideal for individuals who can follow detailed instructions, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a professional environment for students.
Key responsibilities
- Set up the examination room and equipment according to provided guidelines.
- Verify student identity by checking and collecting ID cards.
- Invigilate the exam, monitoring for compliance with exam rules.
- Return McGill IDs to students after the exam.
- Collect, count, and secure completed examination papers.
Required profile
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work quickly in a stressful environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
