On-Demand Video Interviews Rater – Remote (Canada)

About the role

As a Video Interviews Rater you will play a critical role in helping Canadian higher‑education institutions evaluate applicants beyond grades. You will review asynchronous video responses, apply evidence‑based scoring rubrics, and contribute to more holistic admissions decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete virtual onboarding and annual recertification training to become a certified rater.
• Review applicant video responses and assign scores according to established scoring guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve the Video Interviews tool and its content.
• Participate in a quarterly testing schedule to plan work availability and estimate potential earnings.

Required profile

• Canadian citizen residing in Canada with a personal desktop or laptop computer.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate scoring decisions.
• Commitment to professionalism, empathy, bias awareness, and ongoing skill development.
• No plans to enroll as a student in programs using Acuity products for the next 2‑3 years.
