About the role
The company is seeking a part‑time Inventory Control Clerk to manage stock, handle invoices and support purchasing activities. This role ensures accurate inventory records and smooth material flow.
Key responsibilities
- Charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records.
- Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers.
- Set up and maintain inventory control system.
- Verify stock availability from current inventories.
- Compile inventory reports.
- Conduct quality control.
- Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.
- Pack items for shipping and distribution.
- Place stock on shelves.
- Unpack goods received.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in inventory or related field.
- Flexible hours availability.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel.
