Internet Sales Coordinator – Client Contact Centre

About the role

The Internet Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Management team by executing lease and finance portfolio retention strategies, handling heavy outbound and inbound online contacts, and coordinating appointments for new and pre‑owned vehicles. The role focuses on delivering a superior guest experience while driving vehicle sales and profit.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of outbound and inbound online contacts.
• Identify guest needs, provide advice, and set appointments for vehicle purchases.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maximize vehicle sales and profit by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Promote new business through prospecting and referral networks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated with strong leadership and time‑management skills.
• A post‑secondary degree is an asset and an interest in the automotive industry is required.
• Strong customer‑relation and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in an active, social environment.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a good driving record.
