Intégrateur(trice) d'essais d’aérostructure – Airframe Test Integrator

About the role

The Airframe Test Integrator will join the Materials and Processes engineering team supporting the A220 commercial aircraft program. Based in Mirabel, near Montreal, you will help define, plan and execute test strategies that enable aircraft certification, production and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, stress and materials groups to develop and run structural test campaigns.
• Define test requirements, schedules and resources to meet program milestones.
• Coordinate test execution, data collection and analysis, ensuring compliance with certification standards.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned across the aero‑structure team.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the test lifecycle, from planning to post‑test reporting.

Required profile

• Solid experience in aerospace engineering, specifically in aero‑structure testing.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and drive test campaigns to completion.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based on operational needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of aircraft structural testing methods and certification requirements.
• Familiarity with test planning tools and data acquisition systems.
• Understanding of material properties and stress analysis concepts.
