Inside Sales Representative (Toronto)

About the role

StickerYou is a global e‑commerce leader that creates custom die‑cut products such as stickers, labels, decals and temporary tattoos. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will guide business and consumer clients through the sales journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and support requests via email, maintaining professional business etiquette.
• Schedule appointments, deliver introductory presentations, and gather account requirements.
• Recommend customized promotional product solutions based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, handling objections, and preparing contracts.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the sales process and assist customers encountering difficulties on the StickerYou.com site.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce to track orders and leads.
• Develop response templates, qualify accounts, and contribute to market strategy by monitoring competition and customer feedback.
• Participate in product testing and propose new product or service ideas.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, with flexibility for additional shifts and overtime.
