Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue for freight LTL, full‑load (FL) and warehouse rework services by generating and qualifying sales opportunities over the phone. Reporting to the President, you will work closely with senior leadership to meet monthly booking targets and build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through promotions, cold‑calling, inbound and outbound calls.
• Collaborate with the VP of Transportation and President to define strategic sales approaches.
• Acquire and manage key accounts, developing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving opportunities through each stage to achieve or exceed monthly quotas.
• Pass qualified leads to Customer Success Managers with complete information and clear next steps.
• Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows and other events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight LTL, FL or warehouse rework.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a related field.
• Strong ownership, urgency and drive with excellent oral and written communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
