Associate, Order Fulfillment

About the role

The Associate, Order Fulfillment supports Holt Renfrew’s luxury shopping experience by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. This role works closely with internal teams to maintain high fill rates and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate management of Customer Transfer Sale (CTS) and online sales orders, including generating pick lists multiple times per day.
• Execute hold orders within 24 hours of receipt and input shipping confirmations promptly.
• Organize picking routes based on volume and express orders, and package orders for shipping.
• Inspect all client orders before shipment, checking footwear for mismates, verifying product quality, and ensuring correct labeling.
• Update order status in the system, prioritize time‑sensitive orders, and confirm shipments.
• Process customer returns: track, log, verify match with original order, assess resale condition, and handle refunds.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve high compliance of fill rates and resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate reporting, update cancelled reports twice weekly, and manage filing and inventory of wrap & pack supplies.
