Inventory/Service Technician

About the role

Culligan is seeking an Inventory/Service Technician to join its water‑treatment team. The role blends warehouse management, delivery, and on‑site installation of residential and light‑commercial water equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory: order, receive, store, and organize products.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and operate a Culligan vehicle for deliveries.
• Assist customers with carry‑outs, installations, and maintenance of water treatment systems, POU coolers, and coffee equipment.
• Conduct site pre‑inspections and collect payments/signatures at service completion.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide professional phone and in‑person customer support.
• Serve as an on‑call technician when required.

Required profile

• Experience as a plumbing or service technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Previous customer‑service and warehouse/inventory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.
