Inside Sales Manager – B2C Team Lead

About the role

Jetson is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Manager to lead its high‑volume B2C inside‑sales team. You will combine data‑driven coaching with a passion for technology to boost conversion rates and drive rapid revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inside‑sales representatives in a fast‑cycle B2C environment.
• Conduct regular coaching, call reviews, and create individualized development plans.
• Identify gaps in conversion and win rates and implement targeted training and process improvements.
• Own team metrics such as call volume, contact rates, conversion rates, close rates, and booking targets.
• Collaborate with sales‑tech teams to optimize CRM, call‑intelligence, and AI tools.
• Partner with marketing to ensure steady lead flow and provide market feedback.
• Work with customer operations to smooth hand‑offs, requotes, and retentions.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales reps quickly and effectively.
• Report performance insights and action plans to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing a B2C inside‑sales team with proven revenue results.
• Experience in high‑volume, short‑cycle sales (same‑day to 3‑day close).
• Strong coaching instincts and ability to diagnose call breakdowns.
• Tech‑forward mindset with hands‑on experience in CRM and sales‑enablement tools.
• Data‑driven management style, setting clear KPIs and making decisions based on performance data.
• Excellent communicator able to rally teams and present to leadership.
• Background in hiring and developing sales talent from onboarding to mastery.
