About the role

Join Naylor Building Partnerships as an HVAC Apprentice, providing high‑quality HVAC service to customers throughout the Oakville area. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience across residential, commercial and institutional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repair tasks for residential, commercial and institutional clients.
• Respond to on‑call service requests and work flexible shift schedules.
• Follow safety protocols, including Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Required profile

• GT2 Gas Technician licence (or higher) and ODP certification.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and insurable on company fleet.
• Ability to obtain a clean security clearance.
• Willingness to work on‑call shifts and adhere to safety training requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
