About the role

Bombardier is seeking an organized, analytical, and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to support key people processes across its Toronto site operations. You will work closely with HR and business leaders in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, handling workforce planning, recruitment coordination, reporting, and employee‑lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business teams to support workforce planning and meet monthly manpower targets.
  • Coordinate job requisitions and recruitment activities for both union and non‑union hiring needs.
  • Prepare and share weekly and ad‑hoc workforce reports, including headcount, retirement, lead‑hand, and validation data for multiple sites.
  • Support manpower governance discussions by gathering, organizing, and presenting accurate workforce data.
  • Process HR transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central and maintain reliable HR system data.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, handling documentation, training, badge renewals, and terminations.
  • Assist with audits, documentation requirements, employee surveys, and routine HR inquiries to ensure compliance.
  • Support recurring HR cycles such as engagement surveys, reporting cycles, merit processes, and other scheduled initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and administrative processes.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across HR and operational teams.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Comfort with handling data, generating reports, and improving processes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
