Human Resources Coordinator (HR Operations Orchestrator)

About the role

ATCO Energy is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its vibrant HR team, known as the A‑Team. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing HR administration, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, employees, and leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities: post jobs, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and prepare offer letters and employment agreements.
• Handle pre‑employment requirements such as background checks, references and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate information in HR systems.
• Update and safeguard employee records in HRIS, processing hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves and terminations.
• Generate standard HR reports and assist with data audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Organise onboarding for new hires, including documentation, system setup, orientation scheduling and welcome communications.
• Provide administrative support for employee changes, off‑boarding activities and document management.
