Human Resources Assistant

About the role

Join Flair Airlines’ Human Resources team as an HR Assistant, supporting the delivery of HR services across the organization. You will maintain HRIS records, assist with onboarding, and help administer employee programs while providing responsive support to staff and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer employee inquiries about policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain and update HRIS data, including employment verification, promotions, transfers, and role changes.
• Conduct regular ADP audits to ensure payroll and compliance accuracy.
• Own the new‑hire onboarding process, preparing welcome materials and coordinating activities.
• Manage the Company ID, Long Service, Values, and Staff Travel programs, handling requests and communications.
• Support benefits administration and other HR initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with employees, leaders, and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with ADP payroll system.
