HR & Payroll Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across payroll, total rewards, and general HR functions. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll, benefits, and employee data while contributing to reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll processing timelines, prepare and validate payroll data, and assist with submissions.
• Perform data checks, reconcile payroll information, and maintain payroll system records.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, terminations) under guidance.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with benefits enrollments, updates, and documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and support HR transactions.
• Prepare standard payroll and HR reports, validate data, and conduct basic analysis using Excel.
• Document existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and support implementation of improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, or HCM modules.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
