HR Coordinator

About the role

Unilever is seeking an HR Coordinator who is passionate about people and can support payroll and employee services across the organization. This role blends administrative precision with employee engagement to help create a better business and a better world.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Leave of Absence and Return‑to‑Work processes in line with local legislation.
• Track and analyze absenteeism trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics and support for corporate and leadership visits.
• Oversee uniform ordering, distribution, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
• Partner with operations to align labour budgets and efficiency targets.
• Monitor basic office/facility needs such as printer supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Prior union experience and experience with UKG are strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work off‑shifts to support night‑shift employees.

Required skills

• UKG payroll system proficiency.
