HR Business Partner – Maternity Leave Contract

About the role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to translate organisational needs into people‑focused solutions. This fixed‑term position supports a dedicated client group within a leading exterior building products manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people and organisational strategy, providing trusted advice and coaching.
• Execute talent strategies including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Identify and deliver learning and development opportunities aligned with functional and leadership competencies.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives based on survey insights.
• Collaborate with the Commercial HR team and broader HR function to ensure consistent support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical HR solutions.
• Experience delivering talent, learning and engagement initiatives.
