Housekeeping Attendant – Spa Facility

About the role

Nordik Spa‑Nature is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the spa’s facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. You will work under the Assistant Director of Operations – Housekeeping, contributing to a tranquil environment where guests can relax and rejuvenate.

Key responsibilities

• Deep clean saunas, rest rooms, restaurants, cafeterias, and other interior spaces.
• Wash floors, carpets, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and windows.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and restock supplies such as soap, paper, and shampoo.
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the site, including parking areas.
• Prepare guest lockers for the next day’s opening.
• Assist the laundry room with its tasks.
• Perform any additional cleaning‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work safely with equipment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift loads of 30‑40 lb.
• Tolerance for working in hot sauna environments.
• Strong teamwork orientation and reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Thorough knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.
• Capability to operate heavy cleaning equipment safely.
