About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Host to be the welcoming face of our retro‑style diner in Banff National Park. You will create a friendly first impression, guide guests to their tables and help keep the dining flow smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage the seating chart, escort guests to their tables, and handle wait‑list inquiries.
• Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Act as an ambassador for the Banff Hospitality Brand, promoting a positive atmosphere.
