About the role
This position is for a Hospitalist who will join a hospital staff team on‑site. The role requires delivering patient care within a Canadian hospital environment and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct medical care to in‑patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
- Participate in daily rounds, multidisciplinary meetings, and hand‑overs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with nursing, allied health professionals, and specialists to ensure coordinated patient management.
Required profile
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) and successful completion of MCCQE I and II.
- Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial medical authority.
- Fluency in English.
