Head of Growth

About the role

PolyAI is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its growth engine. Reporting to the CMO, you will translate company strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue, shaping how buyers discover and adopt our AI‑driven voice assistant platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy across web, paid media, demand generation, lifecycle, and product‑led activation.
• Own the corporate website as a growth asset, optimizing positioning, buyer journeys, conversion, and experimentation.
• Set paid‑media strategy, investment model and accountability for performance and efficiency.
• Lead ABM and precision‑marketing programs in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales.
• Build lifecycle and nurture programs that drive acquisition and expansion.
• Establish rigorous operating cadence with pipeline reporting by stage, source, and segment.
• Hire, develop and lead a high‑performing growth team.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader with proven experience scaling growth functions in B2B SaaS.
• AI‑fluent, capable of building and shipping AI agents and automations into daily workflows.
• Hands‑on builder who can design, test and iterate growth engines without relying on external agencies.
• Data‑driven decision maker with a track record of improving pipeline efficiency.
