About the role
Join No Frills in Guelph as a Grocery Department Manager for the evening shift. You will lead a team of associates, drive sales, and uphold merchandising and operational standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate grocery team members to improve productivity, engagement and retention.
- Maintain merchandising, shelf‑presentation and operational standards throughout the department.
- Achieve departmental financial objectives, including sales targets and cost control.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new talent to strengthen the team.
Required profile
- Proven ability to delight customers and grow sales in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop staff.
