Graphic Designer – In‑house Creative Team

About the role

DUER is looking for a hands‑on Graphic Designer to join its in‑house creative team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Art Director, you will help shape and extend the brand’s visual language across both digital and print touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design across the full brand ecosystem, including campaigns, e‑commerce, email, social, packaging, in‑store graphics, lookbooks, and print collateral.
• Develop and maintain scalable graphic systems for digital and print.
• Partner with the Art Director and fellow designers to ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Own projects from concept through to production‑ready files.
• Apply strong typographic craft to headlines, editorial layouts, and UI elements.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, product, and retail teams to translate strategy into visual work.
• Help evolve brand guidelines and work with contractors on specific projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in‑house at a fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print with a clear typographic point of view.
• Ability to present ideas confidently and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborative mindset, high standards for craft, and attention to detail.
