About the role
We are looking for a reliable machine polisher to work with granite blocks and slabs at our Leduc facility. The role involves operating various equipment to cut, grind, polish, drill and finish stone products to precise specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Operate blade or wire saws to cut granite blocks to required dimensions.
- Run grinding and polishing machines to achieve smooth finishes on stone surfaces.
- Use drilling machines to create holes in blocks or slabs according to specifications.
- Finish stone products by spray‑painting and installing plaques or concrete bases.
Required profile
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while seated.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Blade or wire saw operation.
- Grinding and polishing machine operation.
- Drilling machine operation.
- Spray‑painting application.
