About the role
We are seeking a CNC Machining Tool Operator to join our production team in Leduc. The role involves operating CNC equipment, ensuring precision of machined parts, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC machines to perform repetitive machining operations.
- Verify dimensions of machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precise measuring instruments.
- Prepare etching solution and immerse metal workpieces to remove unwanted material.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Enter speed, feed, and cut codes for CNC toolpaths.
- Clean and maintain the workspace.
Required profile
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and strong hand‑eye coordination.
- Excellent oral communication and reliability.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Required skills
- CNC machine operation and programming basics.
- Measurement with micrometers and calipers.
- Preparation and handling of etching solutions.
