GECX CCAI Architect – Project Manager (Calgary)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a GECX CCAI Architect to join its Calgary team as a Project Manager. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, designing scalable solution architectures, and ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional needs based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Review, propose, and develop solution architectures that are scalable, reliable and maintainable.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to meet business objectives.
• Design integration strategies across diverse systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment and support phases while promoting reusable frameworks.
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams and foster collaborative relationships with clients.
• Identify system risks, monitor performance and suggest optimization initiatives aligned with long‑term goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Willingness to be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario, or relocate; travel may be required.
• Authorization to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
