Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in‑bakery customer experience, greeting regular patrons and answering product questions.
• Merchandise products and support the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment, assisting with production tasks as needed.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately.
• Learn basic baking techniques and contribute to daily operations.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and eager to learn new skills.
• Team‑player who enjoys working with people.
• Retail experience and cash‑handling experience are strong assets, but not mandatory.
