Full-Time Waitstaff – Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic full-time waitstaff to join our dining team. In this role you will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure a smooth, friendly service experience throughout the meal.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly welcome guests and present menus with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Check on guests periodically, respond to additional requests, and address any concerns.
• Provide menu knowledge, suggest pairings, and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a clean, well-set dining area before, during, and after service.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to lift heavy, hot items and stand or walk for most of the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent is an asset.
