Key responsibilities

• Run daily pharmacy operations efficiently while delivering high‑quality patient service.
• Manage inventory and stock processes to guarantee seamless product availability.
• Uphold safety standards and adhere to all local, provincial (Ontario) and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in line with legislation, practice standards, and company policy.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solution‑oriented improvements to the digital pharmacy model.
• Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of every prescription dispensed.

Required profile

• Active, good‑standing pharmacist licence in Ontario.
• Minimum three years of experience in a staff pharmacy role.
• Proven leadership, customer‑service excellence and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude with a passion for innovation.

Required skills

• Kroll pharmacy software proficiency.
