Full-Time Sales Associate – Retail (Oshawa Centre)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our WOW! mobile boutique team at Oshawa Centre. You will be the front-line ambassador, engaging shoppers, providing unbiased wireless solutions and driving sales in a busy mall environment.

Key responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage mall shoppers, following the company sales process.
• Build and maintain a prospect list using the CRM tool.
• Promote WOW! and partner wireless brands to generate awareness and hype.
• Deliver personalized, unbiased advice and achieve key business metrics.
• Manage inventory: receive, sign, secure and organize stock.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and POS transactions.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, products, services and policies.

Required profile

• Availability for 32-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Reliability, integrity and willingness to follow company policies.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM tool to track prospects.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash and inventory management.
