Full Stack Engineer, Support Experience

About the role

Stripe is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the Support Experience team. You will help build and improve the end‑to‑end support stack that enables millions of users to get help quickly and efficiently across Stripe’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user‑facing support interfaces and internal tooling.
• Scale the contact platform that routes users to the most appropriate support teams.
• Implement new API endpoints and enhance data pipelines to increase visibility into support operations.
• Contribute to billing pipelines for new paid‑support plans and support AI‑driven interactions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality support experiences.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to own features from concept to production.
• Experience working in fast‑moving, data‑driven environments.
• Comfortable partnering with cross‑functional teams and communicating technical decisions.
