Full Charge Bookkeeper (Manufacturing)

About the role

Our manufacturing client in Langley is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle. The role supports day‑to‑day financial operations and ensures accurate recording of transactions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry and payment scheduling.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Prepare and file GST and PST returns in compliance with provincial regulations.
• Run payroll functions and ensure correct deductions and remittances.
• Generate shipping and customs documentation for outbound goods.
• Track work‑in‑process (WIP) and inventory control to support production reporting.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries using Sage 50.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a full‑cycle bookkeeper in a processing or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of WIP, inventory control, and related accounting principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Sage 50 accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
