Frontend Software Engineer (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Software Engineer to create and evaluate benchmark tasks for visual document understanding. This part‑time, remote position involves designing realistic front‑end scenarios and ensuring high‑quality assessment data.

Key responsibilities

• Author complex benchmark tasks based on UI screenshots, design specifications, and component diagrams.
• Evaluate model outputs for visual document understanding and instruction‑following accuracy.
• Create objective rubrics and clear ground‑truth outputs for assessment tasks.
• Develop realistic front‑end engineering scenarios for benchmarking purposes.
• Review and validate task quality to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Front‑End Engineering.
• Proven ability to interpret UI screenshots, design specifications, and component diagrams.
• Experience with visual document understanding workflows.
• Ability to create structured evaluation criteria and objective rubrics.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
