Freelance Graphic Designer for Architectural Project

About the role

This freelance position involves creating visual concepts and presentation graphics for a commercial architectural project consisting of two blocks of five‑storey suites with a covered courtyard. The work is fully remote and will support client presentations and stakeholder engagement during the planning and research phase.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual concepts and presentation graphics for the project.
• Create high‑quality renderings, diagrams, and visual assets that communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with the project team to refine and iterate visual materials.
• Deliver presentation‑ready graphics for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide digital files in required formats and ensure all assets meet project specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design for architectural or real‑estate projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual concepts and presentation graphics.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate them into engaging visuals.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet remote collaboration deadlines.
• Experience working independently and managing feedback constructively.
