About the role

Twenty Eighty is seeking a full‑time Fractional Controller to join its remote team and support high‑growth entrepreneurs. The role is Canada‑based and focuses on delivering top‑tier finance functions that enable clients to scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing processes for multiple client entities.
• Manage cash flow, cash positioning, and related forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain financial analytics, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Lead strategic finance initiatives and advise clients on growth‑oriented financial decisions.
• Ensure a seamless and high‑quality client experience through proactive communication and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance professional.
• Strong interest in working with entrepreneurs and technology‑driven businesses.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Canadian residency or legal right to work in Canada.
