Founding Recruiter – Build Talent Acquisition Engine

About the role

We are a stealth‑mode Healthcare AI startup seeking our first recruiting hire. As the Founding Recruiter you will partner directly with the founders to design and launch a full‑stack talent acquisition function that fuels rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a recruiting strategy, building processes, tools, metrics and employer brand from the ground up.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, talent networks and creative channels.
• Conduct initial screens, run structured interview processes and manage candidates from first contact to offer closure.
• Collaborate with operations, GTM, product and engineering leaders to define role requirements and design interview plans.
• Create and maintain recruiting analytics dashboards to monitor funnel health, conversion rates and time‑to‑hire.
• Establish scalable hiring processes that support rapid expansion while preserving a talent‑dense culture.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Proven experience building recruiting functions in early‑stage or high‑growth environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work closely with founders as a strategic partner.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple functions.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, ambiguous settings and a passion for shaping company culture.
• Data‑driven approach to measuring and improving hiring outcomes.
