About the role

We are looking for a battle‑tested operator‑entrepreneur to take a validated venture concept from zero to a self‑sustaining ecosystem. This is a fully remote, high‑availability position where you will act as the driving force behind early‑stage incubation and rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a new venture blueprint, turning it into a revenue‑generating business.
• Define product vision, map technical road‑maps, and prioritize features to achieve product‑market fit.
• Recruit, inspire, and lead a lean core team of developers, designers, and growth hackers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft investor narratives and secure strategic capital.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, establishing workflows and daily shipment cadences.
• Own primary customer acquisition channels, engineering viral loops and growth hooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the 0‑to‑1 phase of a technology or digital ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of user psychology, conversion metrics, and intuitive product design.
• Ability to be hyper‑available, working 7 days a week to capture market momentum.
• Native fluency in the Web3 ecosystem, including tokenomics and decentralized community dynamics.
• Exceptional communication skills that attract top‑tier talent to your vision.
